Mathias, 42, established Change Gaming in December of 2006 with the intention of facilitating disintermediation within the gaming industry. Mathias brings a wealth of experience in managing software development projects and implementing web-based solutions. For nearly a decade prior to founding Change Gaming, he provided strategic marketing and development management services as an independent consultant. His clients ranged from startups to Fortune 500 companies, mainly in the financial services and technology industries. His primary focus during this time has been on the development and implementation of Internet-based technology platforms designed to increase sales, reduce support costs, and streamline business processes. Notable projects include spearheading the development of a web-based client management platform for JP Morgan's Private Bank, guiding the formation and development of Harvest Recoveries (a Denver-based investment management company focused on the purchase and recovery of distressed debt), and overseeing the development of a media-rich communications platform for Las Vegas-based web services company, DigitalFX (which he also helped to take public in mid-2006). He began his consulting career in 1998 assisting American Express with the development of a web-based investment services platform. Previous to this, he served for three years as a Marketing Director with American Express in New York City. He began his marketing career at T. Rowe Price where he served for two years as the Marketing Manager for fixed-income mutual funds. Mathias graduated from Princeton University in 1989.

Guerrera, 28, oversees the company's development process and drafts detailed UML documentation for the development team to ensure that the company's software meets the highest standards. In addition to his technical skills, Guerrera brings tremendous knowledge of the online gaming industry, which he has used to craft the platform's overall feature set as well as shape key aspects of the company's business strategies. Following his studies at Caltech, Guerrera focused his analytical acumen on the realm of poker. Since 2002, he has acquired vast online poker experience playing for real money on major sites such as Absolute Poker, Cake Poker, Carbon Poker, Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars, PartyPoker and UltimateBet. Guerrera has written over 100 articles about poker strategy, both in print and online. He's also published three books about poker strategy: Killer Poker by the Numbers, Killer Poker Shorthanded (with John Vorhaus), and Tournament Killer Poker by the Numbers. After years of being a highly sought-after personal poker coach, Guerrera continues to attract over 1,000 listeners to his weekly podcast on Rounder's Radio, "Killer Poker Analysis." He has also worked as a gaming consultant, determining the house edge for various casino games as well as providing assistance to major poker operators such as Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker on issues related to the security and integrity of their gaming platforms. Guerrera continues to stay in tune with the online poker market. He's still a serious player, known for megatabling shorthanded no-limit hold 'em cash games online.
